Router delivery

Dear PlusNet,

The broadband engineer ordered a new router on Jan 26th, but it hasn’t arrived as yet. Would it be possible to check the order status?

Thanks a lot for getting in touch here @gavmax, I'm afraid that the Openreach engineer has misinformed you here. They have no access to our systems and are unable to order routers from ourselves, for you. I'm also unable to send one out given the contractual situation on the account, but if you'd like to discuss your contract with our Customer Options Team, please feel free to give them a call on 0800 013 2632.
