I am due to be switching over to Plusnet tomorrow and have not received my router yet even though the postman has already been today. Doesn't seem like the most auspicious start . . . .

Have just spoken to Customer Services and the router hasn't even been sent out yet. This is a very poor start to the contract. Going to be without broadband for at least two days . . . . and with 2 teenagers - this will be fun . . . beginning to wish I'd stayed with Sky now.
