I signed up with plusnet on the 29/09/16 and was told my line would be active within 10 days and then get an email saying it won't be active till the 22/10/16 so I'm being patient. It's only 4 days to go and I'm yet to receive my router. I check my progress online in the members area and it's yet to be dispatched. What's going on?? If I go active and don't have a router I refuse to pay for the first months line rental! Can someone tell me what's going on?
