Hi,
I have received the router through the post after it was delayed. The woman on the phone said both the phone line and the broadband are activated but I have had no confirmation email of when the broadband was activated and when it would be available to use. We have tried connecting the router and gone through all the setup steps with the login and passwords. The router is on orange and says connected on the computer however will not open any web pages. We have been waiting for the activation since 14/04/2021
