Router Tracking

How do I track where my router is? All it says on my account is that it had been posted. My connection is due to start next week and zi would hate for it to be delayed, I’ve got a really rubbish mobile data signal and i’ve been patiently waiting for over 2 weeks now...

Routers are normally sent via First class post, so there isnt any tracking information I'm afraid

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Welcome to our community forums @jekavancena 

I can see your router was handed over to Royal Mail late last night, unfortunately from there on we can't track the routers as they're sent by normal 1st class post as @MisterW has said, but it should arrive soon.

If you don't get it in today's post with any luck it should land in tomorrow's.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
