Thanks for getting in touch and I do apologise for the delay in receiving your equipment.
I have had a look through your account and have responded to you via a ticket on your account. You can view these details by following the link here: https://www.plus.net/wizard/?p=view_question&id=182428605
I have also checked the status of your line and it shows that you should still be connected with your previous supplier. The line shows that the service that is currently being provided on the line is due to cease on 24/09/2018 which is the date your service is set to activate with Plusnet.
