Router Not Arrived - Activation Tomorrow

Upgraded to Fibre Max, activation date 5/7/17 but router not yet arrived. Cutting it close or oversight?

 

Advice needed please.

 

This post has been up over 3 hours now and no reply. The activation date is tomorrow, surely a bit of urgency as far as a reply goes?

Hi there, welcome to the community forums first of all.

 

It looks like your upgrade has been delayed due to engineer availability in the area, apologies that this wasn't communicated out to yourself. I've responded to this ticket with confirmation of the date.


You'll receive an automated email in the early hours of the morning advising the product change is complete, though I'd expect the work to be carried out during normal business hours.

 

I've manually sent your new router now, which you should receive shortly.
