Router Dispatch

Hi

I am currently sorting out the fibre for family but the router has not been sent as of yet and the service goes live on Wednesday? Could you check order number HW39544292 to see when the fibre router/modem will be sent?

I am due to go live next Monday and have not received my router yet either. When looking on member site , It stated Order not yet placed. Hope it get posted soon
