I have a new order pending and have provided my own router. As of yesterday the router is able to connect to service, but unable to authenticate my account with the Radius server. I am able to get a connection and authenticate if I use the test account "email@example.com". I spoke to a customer service rep and my "committed date" isn't for another day or two - since it appears everything is up and running on the OpenReach side of the house, can my account be activated early?

I am sorry to advise that unfortunately we have placed the order with our suppliers and they confirm the date that they can activate our service for you, this isn't simply a case of activating our end as they have advised the date that you have been provided.
As you mentioned our Customer Service department have advised this information and can be see on the ticket here
