Router Arrival Date

Hello. I signed up on 15th Feb but have not received any correspondence about router arrival/activation date yet. My old supplier (Sky) ended over a week ago so would really appreciate an estimation! Thank you

Thank you. The router has arrived and today I've received emails saying the line is activated but also that the home phone has been cancelled. Only showing an orange light in the router when setting up and tried all the trouble shooting!! Please help as keep having to purchase data. Thank you
