My original order was placed incorrectly by Plusnet and this wasn't discovered until a few days before the phone was due to be activated. The order had to be cancelled and re-submitted.
My phone line activation already happened earlier today, I was told my FTTC would also activate today but I see in my details that the date seems to be tomorrow.
Could someone check for me? Reason being my wait has been extra long due to the error originally made by Plusnet.
