Ridiculous lead time

signed up to switch to plusnet 5 days ago expecting to go active in 10 working days, paid full year up front (taken straight away), now told activation SHOULD be a further 17 days. After reading a few of the community messages I think I have made a big mistake by moving to Plusnet, at least I paid by card so I can have the payment challenged.

I'm really sorry for the delay in completing your order.

It looks like our system was unable to put your order through to our suppliers automatically so it required manual intervention. Disappointingly it took us almost a week to pick up your account to do that. Due to the type of order we're placing the minimum lead time is 10 working days I'm afraid.
