I'm really sorry for the delay in completing your order.
It looks like our system was unable to put your order through to our suppliers automatically so it required manual intervention. Disappointingly it took us almost a week to pick up your account to do that. Due to the type of order we're placing the minimum lead time is 10 working days I'm afraid.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
