I contacted plusnet on 21st March as my reward was sent as cheque instead of card. I rang and was informed it was supposed to be card and I explained the cheque was no good as I don't have a bank account. I was told a request has been put in to have either a card sent out or a cheque in the name of the bank account I use for d's which belongs to a friend. Was expecting a phone call with update 3-5 days later but nothing yet. Can I get an update on this please
