I still haven't received the email for the rewards card.
I emailed plusnet@purecard.com have received a reply from Level1.UKcustomersupport@bhnetwork.com. They keep replying saying they have 'resent' the email but there is no email from them in my inbox or the junk folder.
Please can you resolve this.
