It's almost impossible to get through to anyone about this.
My fibre unlimited line was activated on 19/06/20. Part of the deal was a reward card for £60. I have not yet received a claim email - I have checked in spam/junk and this has not arrived.
Please can you advise as this was the incentive that made me choose you over Talk Talk, which offered me fibre at the same price.
