Hi, I signed up during the £75 reward card offer but I haven't received the email to apply for it either to my normal email or my plus net email

I am sorry to hear there has been no communication surrounding your cashback. So we can look into this for you, can you confirm how you signed up to ourselves? Was it over the phone, online, through a third party website e.t.c?

I signed up on the plusnet website on march 26th, though my phone and broadband didn't become active until April 19th.

Turns out i was wrong, it was a different deal altogether. I just wasn't paying attention
