Reward card not received false advertising

When you sign up to a company on the understanding they will honour what they are advertising and dont fulfill that obligation that's false advertising getting customers in then not following through not being able to speak to anyone then when you do get through say your details are wrong that's just delaying tactics to take it over the time period that's allowed in the contract you take an offer on the understanding you are getting something back but go out of their way to make it impossible to speak to someone award winning which awards?

In order to fulfill the eligibility criteria, customers that sign-up with a reward card offer will have their claiming email within 10 days of the service being activated (this link will expire within 60 days), once the offer has been claimed then the card will be sent from Blackhawk within the next 30 days.

This is clearly an ongoing issue signing upon the understanding to get something that not being fulfilled al brake the contract and go with someone else you haven't provided what was advertised so understanding the consumer law act you didn't do what was advertised so I'm well in my rights to leave

I've been approached by virgin so if what I was promised isn't fullfilled I will use the 30 day contract clause

I think you will find that the "30 day contact clause" as referred to in the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies to GOODS being fit for purpose, not the provision of SERVICES ... which appear to be working fine.  See Consumer Rights Act 2015 - Which?

So what did the ticket mentioned above tell you?

The reward card is not part of what has been supplied, it was a sweetener to purchase, which is not covered by the act.

 

There has been a backlog of reward card communications which I understand have been dealt with.  There thought other circumstances where someone trawling every potential purchase channel seeking various inducements ... ends up with not the one they hoped for (due to third party cookies), such as a third party cashback rather than Plusnet's reward card.  One cannot have BOTH a third party inducement and a direct Plusnet reward card.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

If that is the case why is it being advertised as receiving cashback and the reward card? I have the screenshots of the deal that was taken that clearly shows with cashback and reward card.

Having just spoken to plusnet this is now resolved as I was entitled to the 50 reward as I stated and is showing on the account.
