Reward card not received after signup online

Hello,

I signed up for Plusnet 900Mbs online with an offer of £100 reward card in March. My service has now been active since 20/03 and I still haven't received a reward card. I haven't received any emails in relation to the reward card (I've also checked my junk mail).

I've sent an email to the 3rd party company as per the guidance on the Plusnet site, however I notice that people are also getting assistance via this forum for this same problem so thought I'd also create a post on here with the hope that one of the staff members can assist me with my query.

Can Plusnet support staff please contact me to help me get my reward card that I'm owed?

Hey @gd85 thank you for reaching out to us on our Community Forum, I hope you are well.

 

I'm sorry that you have not received the reward card after such a long time, having reviewed the information on the account I can confirm that your account was part of the major incident we had between March and April where some accounts did not have their details sent to Blackhawk, thus resulting in customers not receiving the reward card. 

 

I can also see that  you have raised this matter over the phone with one of our agents and your details were sent to the escalation team, this team will be responding directly to the agent, keep an eye out for any emails/calls from Plusnet in the next few days as it would be the follow up from the query raised.
