Reward card not £75 !

I have received my reward card that stated £75 for signup. After registering the card and logging into the pure card account the balance is £70 !! Not what was advertised. Sort it out.

I am very sorry that you are having a problem with our service. From looking into your account I am very sorry but the deal you signed up for the reward card was for £70 not £75.

Hi,

I wasn't sure whether I should post here or in a separate topic, but I have a similar issue.

My reward card balance seem to be £50, which was supposed to be £70 as advertised when signed up.

Could you please have a look and fix it?
