Hi @mcairns2, thanks for your post.

 

On checking the account, I can see that we're still within the time frame set out by my colleague @OllieC and as yet, I'm showing no update on the account.

 

I've sent an email over to him to see if he has received any response, however, he's out of the office until Monday and so it's unlikely I'll receive an update until then.

 

I arrive into the office at 13:00 on Monday and so will be able to chase it up with him then.

 

Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Still awaiting a response to my ticket raised by Mads on 21/3 with a 5 day response?? Really want to love plusnet but suspect it’s under resourced. Over promise and under deliver? Don’t offer promotional incentives if you can’t deliver!

I've been trying to find out how to request the email containing the link for my cashback reward, as Plusnet don't appear to send this out voluntarily. It's strange why they don't make this a simple process, almost as if they don't really want to give us our cashback rewards.

I've also received no email regarding the reward card, I switched over mid march. I signed up through MSE which (I think) redirected to uswitch.

 

Any help appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your redemption e-mail yet.

I can see that it was sent out last week but to speed things up I've redeemed it on your behalf.

You should receive the card within the next 30 days.
