Reward Card?

I ordered Fibre Broadband + Phone on 30/1/19 and was given an initial switchover date of 13/2/19.

There was a problem with the order and the switchover date was amended to 20/2/19.

I have been checking on "order tracking" and all seems to be going well; line has been tested OK and I have received my hardware (router).

My question is:- When am I likely to receive my Reward Card that was part of the offer when I ordered? There is no information on this in the "order tracking".

Thanks for getting in touch and I am sorry to hear that there has been a slight delay to your order. I have reviewed this and can confirm it is all committed for 20/02 as you mentioned.

 

Regarding your reward card, you will receive an email to redeem this within 10 days of your service activating, you must redeem the card as this begins the process for it to be sent out. Please ensure that you check your junk or spam folder of your email account as occassionally this email may drop into there.
