hi the supplier of the reward cards have supposedly sent me an email on how to claim. multiple times.
I am receiving all emails sent between myself and the customer service team, but some how all the emails for the reawrd card are not landing in my email address, Supposedly these are sent form another System?
The customer services keeping asking if i would like them to claim on my behalf if i accept the Ts and Cs. i cnanot accept Ts and Cs in an email i have not yet received.
