Reward Card hasn’t arrived

We recently switched to PlusNet and part of the reason was the £75 reward card included. Our broadband was activated on 24/11 but we haven’t received any information about our reward card and there are no links in any of the emails so we can talk to an advisor about this. Does anyone know how we can chase this up or what we can do?

Re: Reward Card hasn’t arrived

@HannahCo The reward card FAQ is here https://www.plus.net/help/my-account/reward-cards-and-cashback/

You should normally receive the initial claim email within 10 working days of the connection going live. If that was the 24th , then yesterday was just 10 working days.  Have you checked your Spam folder ?

Re: Reward Card hasn’t arrived

Hello! I’ve checked all of my email folders but nothing from PlusNet. Do you know if there is a live chat or other option to contact someone?
Thank you!

@HannahCo

Do you know if there is a live chat or other option to contact someone?

I'm afraid the main method to contact support is by phone. However, as you can see from the post above, there is a Forum Help Team who monitor the forum and will pick up queries. Don't expect an immediate response from them, for any urgent queries you should call in.
