Please I asked for this to be sorted out 3 weeks ago. I have not received an e-mail about my reward card. Who can sort this out, original community message is still unanswered
For information do not rely on Plusnet support seeing these community messages. My Reward card only got resolved by using the Plusnet helpline telephone number and a support question to Plusnet directly
