Hi,
I signed up on the 10th April and my line and broadband went active on the 26th. I signed up through USwitch's offer of £75.00 Reward Card and was helped online in a webchat direct with a plusnet adviser with the order.
I can't find anything on the website regarding logging this as a query so i'm posting here in the hopes of some help.
