Hello,
On the 18th of November I tried renewing my Broadband contract online as it runs out on the 17th of January. The system messed things up for me and quoted me a completely unsuitable contract which I didn't want, to take affect on the 17th of December and I received emails to this effect.
After speaking to a customer services adviser that day I got the contract I wanted and I also received an email confirming the correct renewal contract (Question 208450529) indeed taking effect on the 17th of January, I was told to ignore the previous emails.
Could you please confirm that indeed i will be put on the contract I had discussed with the CS adviser taking effect on January 17th?
