Repeated rejected order

I’ve been trying to become a broadband customer since late February.

I get an order rejected then an order to be placed, then a few days later order placed. A few days later I get and order placed. Then a problem with order then a few days later an order rejected and so it starts again.

I give up and just want to leave but they aren’t taking calls. Email support says says to call in.
