Renewal cashback

I have just renewed my contract and on the page there was mention of £50 cashback but no details as to how this is applied, does anyone know? Confirmation email doesn’t mention it.

Apologies for the delay. You should receive an email within 28 days from the 25th January with instructions on how to claim your cashback. You'd need to claim within 2 months of receiving the email, and you'll then receive it by post within 30 days.
