42 days now, no cashback received on renewal from Jan.
IT manager with tight control over my email system - nothing recieved, junk or otherwise.

Also it's extremely infuriating that there's no digital means to get hold of anyone to support this issue, I'm expected to phone (and wait forever) to speak to someone...

You will need to contact Plusnet and let them know you have spoken to us and they have not sent your file over.

It has now been 100 days, no attempt of contact has been made.
