Renewal cashback - nothing after 42 days

42 days now, no cashback received on renewal from Jan.

IT manager with tight control over my email system - nothing recieved, junk or otherwise.

Also it's extremely infuriating that there's no digital means to get hold of anyone to support this issue, I'm expected to phone (and wait forever) to speak to someone...

It has now been 100 days, no attempt of contact has been made.

I certainly won't be renewing my contract...
