Renegotiated Fibre contract - new router delivery date

I was contacted by a member of the Plusnet sales team on 16/1/2017 and consequently renegotiated my fibre contract.

It was agreed that I would be sent a Hub One router for which I paid postage (payment taken on 17/1/2017).

When should I receive the router?

Thanks in advance for any information a member of the Help Team can provide.

I can see the router was dispatched yesterday so that should reach you within the next 3 to 5 working days.
