Hi all I've just recommended a friend. He's just called plusnet up and ordered broadband but when he asked about giving my username for the discount. was told I'd have to contact plusnet to inform them that I recommended him to get my discount. I find this very strange. But I was present and heard the plusnet sales person say it my friend questioned it twice saying how strange but was given the same answer? any help would be most appreciated thanks

Thank you for being this to our attention and welcome to the forum. The process would be that the person you have referred would need to contact us with your account username, or give this to the sales advisor at the point of sign up.


If you ask your friend to get in touch either here or via Social media we can get this resolved for you both.
