Recently upgraded to fibre but has yet to receive a activation date

Recently upgraded to fibre and haven’t received any info about it other than the payment , it also doesn’t help when the current adsl broadband consistently drops and can’t be fixed even when we had an engineer visit sent from Plusnet

I asked for an upgrade to fibre a week ago, and it was supposed to activate today 28th. The router hasn't arrived and download speed still poor. Some form of contact would be great..

Within 12 minutes of my posting I received  an email saying I will be notified when the router is dispatched.

I appreciate that these are difficult times, but I'm surprised that after a week the router still hasn't been dispatched.
