Recent broadband order
My Fibre broadband order was meant to go live today and I was told I would have my router in time for the service to be activiated, however I still have not receieved anything.

Unfortunately it looks like due to a system issue the router hadn't been ordered.
I've manually ordered this for you now and we'll get this to you as soon as possible.
