Hi,
Just ordered Plusnet phone and broadband service on 12/04/16 and did not see the option of paying line rental for 12 months upfront.........
Can I still op for this option before my first months line rental payment is due or taken, and how?

The first months line rental payment is taken in advance as part of your initial fees. Unfortunately if you were to take out line rental saver now it wouldn't take effect until your next billing date, 1 month after the services activate.
