Recent Order - BP03134633
I placed my order last Thursday 04/08/16 and it has been stuck on the same stage since then on the order tracker "Checking your details".
Please could you take a look at this for me and let me know when i can expect this stage to be completed and when i can expect my broadband to be setup and completed?

I'm sorry to see there's been no progress on the order yet for some reason.
I'm flagging this up to our provisioning team straight away.
