Re Voucher Not Received

Im going round the bend and back can someone out there get a grip of my problem.
I signed up for broadband and mobiles ,and told i will receive a voucher for 75 pound,
Back in february 5th only to notice that someone had give a incorrect email address.
And it wasn't me ... Gave someone correct email address on 5th of february to correct problem but only to find voucher gone to spoof email address .
It lasts for 2 months and coming to end of march so will be out of pocket,as carer i could do with this but nobody can be bothered i signed up because of good feedback ...
