Re Voucher Not Received

Hi there 

Im going round the bend and back can someone out there get a grip of my problem.

I signed up for broadband and mobiles ,and told i will receive a voucher for 75 pound,

Back in february 5th only to notice that someone had give a incorrect email address.

And it wasn't me ... Gave someone correct email address on 5th of february to correct problem but only to find voucher  gone to spoof email address HuhHuh.

It lasts for 2 months and coming to end of march so will be out of pocket,as carer i could do with this but nobody can be bothered i signed up because of good feedback ...
