We are supposed to be going live with plusnet today and the phone line has been down since before 9am it is now 1pm

As the takeover entails engineering work at the exchange and likely also cabinet, there will inevitably be some downtime of your services but I'd expect your order to complete at any point up to midnight tonight. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
