Hi. My activation date was yesterday but still no activation so I am without broadband now too. Hope our issues are resolved soon. Not a very good start!

Hi @Mummapops, thanks for getting in touch.

 

I am sorry for the issues you have had with the activation of your services. I've looked into the orders and spoken to our suppliers, there was a slight delay in the porting over of your telephone number. This outstanding activity has now been completed and your order is progressing through to completion. I have been advised all should be complete within the next 24 hours.

 

I do apologise for any inconvenience caused, we'll notify you when it's all active.
