How to get Plusnet to activate your broadband - any tips???

Hi Anoush @Gandalf - sorry to hijack this thread but I’ve experienced the same problems. Ordered internet 2 weeks ago, absolutely nothing has happened and haven’t received router. Can’t get through to customer services as every time I call I’m told to call back later as lines are busy and online chat only gets me a bot who refers me back to what I’ve already tried on numerous occasions. Can you look into this please and if it can’t be sorted out soon just cancel the order... thanks
