Hello there,

What nikolinak says but with my order?  I'm expecting fibre on 25 November but haven't heard any more about transferring my telephone over to Plusnet since I ordered last month.  Will this happen at the same time?

@Russell_w_b Sorry to hear this.

Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to upgrade you to fibre and bring your telephone line over at the same time as there can only be one order open at a time.

Once the upgrade to fibre completes we'll then place the order to transfer your phone line over to us which will take around 10 working days.

Hi Martin.

That's fine - thanks for the feedback.  I just wondered because we'd asked for the telephone transfer first, and not long after that we got a fibre cabinet enabled (after many years of waiting and asking!).  Typical...  Like buses - nothing for ages then two things come at once!

Unfortunately it looks like our system didn't automatically process your telephone order with our suppliers on this occasion. Sad I can see Martin, I mean Matthew(:D) plans to place the transfer order once the fibre order completes.
