Hello, I set up an order for fibre broadband last week. I've paid for the first month and received the router, but haven't had an activation date and now I've received the following message:
Error:9545:The order has been rejected or cancelled as the linked Broadband order failed.,Error:501:Order Rejected.
I've tried phoning to find out what's going on but was on hold for too long. Could somebody let me know how and when this issue will be solved?

Sorry for the problems with your order. Unfortunately the issue means we need to replace these, I've put your phone order through and you should also have received an update to the ticket about this.

Thank you, any chance of an update on this question? I made the first payment for the contract a week ago and still haven't had an activation date. I'm moving into the property this Friday and work from home so really need it up and running ASAP. That's why I began the setup process well in advance. Will I be refunded for this month if it is not activated?
