Question 140195203

New account with Plus after moving house. Phone line installed nearly two weeks ago on 3rd January, but as of today still no broadband service. Keep on having to chase to get any kind of information and keep being given excuses about Plus net's suppliers needing to do something, but not an ounce of ownership from anyone at Plus net. 


I note from other posts that there are Plus Net CS staff on this forum and am hoping, begging, pleading that one of them can pick up my support ticket and take some responsibility for getting the service I've requested setup correctly.
