Purecard activation email not received

I have not received my plusnet purecard activation email and have tried the following

  • visited https://plusnet.purecard.com/ and pressed the activate now button and followed instructions
  • call purecard helpline on 0344 800 6435 and followed instructions.
  • checked my spam/junk folders; there is no relevant email in there
  • web chatted with Siobhan at plusnet to be told it is not Plusnet's problem
  • read the appropriate threads on the plusnet community forum
  • tried all of this 5 or 6 times and wasted 90 minutes

Please tell me how to get my activation code for my plusnet purecard

Hi there, I'm really sorry about the issues getting your reward and for the poor level of support in getting that chased up too.

just to let you know that I eventually got through to a human at Purecard. He was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly.

hi i have not received any emails regarding my purecard activation and i have checked my junk email and theres nothing there either could someone give me assistance please
