I have not received my plusnet purecard activation email and have tried the following
- visited https://plusnet.purecard.com/ and pressed the activate now button and followed instructions
- call purecard helpline on 0344 800 6435 and followed instructions.
- checked my spam/junk folders; there is no relevant email in there
- web chatted with Siobhan at plusnet to be told it is not Plusnet's problem
- read the appropriate threads on the plusnet community forum
- tried all of this 5 or 6 times and wasted 90 minutes
Please tell me how to get my activation code for my plusnet purecard

just to let you know that I eventually got through to a human at Purecard. He was very helpful and resolved the problem quickly.
