Product switch to Fibre

I recently changed product from ADSL2 to Fibre - have received the new router - and got an email saying the product change would be made 7th March - and heard nothing since then - no open tickets in My Account and line speed certainly hasnt changed. Can anyone form Plusnet advise of status

Hi @russells5, thanks for getting in touch.

 

I do apologise for the lack of communication there has been surrounding your upgrade order. It looks like when the order committed on our supplier system, the completion date was amended to 08/03/2019 due to engineer availability in your area. From checking the order this morning, everything is still progressing as it should and should be completing before midnight tonight.
