I do apologise for the lack of communication there has been surrounding your upgrade order. It looks like when the order committed on our supplier system, the completion date was amended to 08/03/2019 due to engineer availability in your area. From checking the order this morning, everything is still progressing as it should and should be completing before midnight tonight.
