on 23/3/2020 I had an email from Plusnet to confirm I had changed my product to Unlimited Fibre and that the change was now complete and from that date my monthly subscription would be £28.99 for 18 months on a new fixed price contract. So why on 21/04/2020 did Plusnet send me a bill for £38.40 for monthly chargers at £35.98 plus other items at £2.42?
