Problem with my broadband order

Wondering if someone could help me please, I placed a order to change over to plusnet but on the

order tracking page it says this : 

 

Checking your line

We've found a potential problem on your telephone line.

We'll look into this and will be in contact with you shortly.

 

Would someone be able to tell me please what is going on with my order ?
