Prepaid Mastercard

I signed up to PlusNet due to the promise of a £75 Mastercard.

 

I haven't heard anything about this since joining... Help?

Hi there, our records show that we sent you an email within 30 days of the account having been created with a link to redeem that so it might be an idea to check your emails including any spam, trash or deleted items folders.

OK, if you haven't received any emails from us at all it might be worth logging on to the member centre to check that we have the right email address on file for you.

I have to say i'm disappointed in the stance being taken.
