Hi,

How long do I need to wait before receiving the Pre-paid Mastercard claim email ?

I was activated on the 30/04 but so far not received any email with link to claim the reward..

Checked the FAQ's and they say I should receive an email with details on how to claim the reward within 10 days, Its now been 16 working days and still no email.

I've sent you a PM, please kindly look into this for me please.
