Postage and Packaging Charge

On Saturday 22nd July I spoke to an advisor on the phone who said I needed a replacement router and arranged for it to be sent.

No one told me that I would be charged £6.99 postage and packing until today when an email arrived. Why am I being charged this?

You should have been advised so when the arrangement was made. How old was your original Hub?
